An immobile parade that moved across the country is coming back to Portland. The Rose Festival s Second Annual Porch Parade is returning to Portland neighborhoods and NEW THIS YEAR the Rose Festival is welcoming local businesses to join in the fun, and decorate their own buildings and store fronts.
A limited production Porch Parade and 2021 Roses for Hope lawn signs will be distributed to early registers during the week of May 24. All decorations should be complete and ready for show by May 31.
