she is still not showing up. kayleigh, karl, great seeing you don t. now, it s not just at the federal level where democrats are pushing their far left socialist agenda. state houses all across the country have been overrun by progressives. and the american people have had enough. residents are fleeing big government blue states like california, illinois, and new york and they are heading to freedom-loving red states like texas, florida, and south dakota. so what has led the mount rushmore states nearly 30% population boom? who better to ask than the state s governor kristi noem. governor, thanks for joining us tonight. so, it s not surprising to me that a lot of people want to get out of these blue states and go to where all the freedom is. but let s face it, as beautiful as south dakota is, it s not very sunny, most of the year. it s cold. and, yet, you are getting this boom. you must be doing something right. why are people coming to south dakota?
what is not normal is the state s redrawing of maps to reduce the voting power of black and brown voters, which led to that population boom in texas. data from the brennan center for justice shows republicans controlled the redrawing of 187 district maps nationwide. democrats control only 75. so the question before us, is the victory in ohio a roadmap to stopping other states where gerrymandering is under way? joining us, jen miller, executive director of the league of women voters in ohio, and frieda levinson, legal director of the aclu of ohio. a lot of these gerrymandering cases essentially take voting power away from voters of color. how have states been able to get away with this? well, the more difficult issue is when gerrymandering takes power away from a political party. the federal courts have closed their doors to partisan gerrymandering, which makes it
characteristic of our community. it is not a crime. florida has seen a population boom, lock coming from new york. one former new yorker who lives in palm beach said the letters were another sign that our democracy is in peril. there it is again. that seems like an overreaction. exactly what you would expect from a big crybaby wuss from the city. what s causing new yorkers to flee the first place. instead of calling the cops movie take the flyers with polite silence. it sure beats a brick to the head in times square, you jackasses. i am in a bad mood. it s because i have been sick for 12 days. i am pissed off. i can t control it. matt: there is no crowd.
