A Polson man, who was convicted of burglary and drug possession charges on Aug. 16, is now accused of forging a stolen check and possessing drugs again.
The arraignment hearing for a Butte woman accused of hitting and killing an Arlee woman with her Cadillac Escalade has been continued to Nov. 8. Judge Molly Owen continued the case on Oct. 25 at the request of Sterling Lauden, the managing attorney for the Lake County Public Defender’s Office.
A Polson youth is accused of threatening three minor girls with a gun. Izayus Prewett, 17, entered a plea of guilty in Polson District Court Oct. 26 to felony assault with a weapon.
A Polson man is accused of accepting money for a construction project and misappropriating the funds. Andrew Elwood Hoel, 50, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court Oct. 19 to two felony charges of exploitation of an elderly or disabled person.
