Bar owners say they have noticed fewer officers patrolling downtown on foot on fridays, and saturdays, but because the Downtown Patrol Program has been so successful over the past year. This after a fourth night of violent protests stemming from a shooting death of an unarmed 18yearold man by a police officer.
