Police in Andhra Pradesh have arrested three upper caste men who allegedly thrashed two Dalit teenagers and accused them of stealing hen.
The accused reportedly tied the two Dalit teenagers to a tree and flogged them.
The incident happened in West Godavari district and was reported on January 18.
Police said the trio has been arrested under the SC/ST Atrocities (Prevention) Act and sections of the Indian Penal Code.
