A disabled former employee of a fiberglass company. They didnt know each other. At all. Based on family and friends theres no connection with the suspect and victims. Maybe thats why a case goes cold. Jeffreys body was discovered around 6 00 a. M. At the intersection. About two and a half Hours Later Police got another call a body found near this intersection. At the type of the crime this area was very rural. No witnesses saw or heard anything. This is where her body has been discovered. She had sexually assaulted. Suspect lived nearby his body was exhumed to obtain dna samples. He died in 1999. That means the families will never see a trial or conviction. Theyre going through grief.
