Jeff Neil is a former bouncer who now works for a software company. He received the “Citizen Award” from the police chief of Exeter, New Hampshire. At Friday's ceremony, Neil said he doesn’t consider himself a hero. But he acknowledged he was in the right place at the right time. Investigators say the suspect tried to open the airplane's door minutes earlier. The man admitted knowing that people would die if he opened it. He awaits a mental health evaluation.
