PLOVER, WI (WSAU) Another record year of development is in the books in the Village of Plover despite last year’s global pandemic and other factors that drove the price of building materials up.
Village Administrator Dan Mahoney said they turned in over $35 million in new construction last year, and there wasn’t one single sector or project that drive the number.
The Village saw two multi-story apartment complexes completed last year including one at Village Park and another on Pleasent Drive in addition to over 40 new single-family homes.
