One is the close relationship between the world of prim and politics by mid 19th century, many newspapers and their editors were aligned with a Political Party. I did a quick study of these figures. Frank williams, harold holzer, Jonathan White and Thomas Horrocks here. By my count, and you know, theres some margin of error here in my calculation.
