i ve been traveling across the state for the last four months, talking to people all over michigan and learning from them about what they want and where they feel they are not represented. they feel like they want new leadership. they want a fresh voice, and leadership that leads with empathy, with support, but most importantly putting people first, powered by the people. today was our launch day to travel across the state. we launched detroit, to a few thousand people, i believe, and then we were in pontiac, michigan, a place that suffered plant closures and people trying to suppress unions, and then we re coming from grand rapids where people come with a big overflow crowd waiting for us to speak there. it s been an amazing day because it reinforces how much people really want true democracy. they don t want washington deceive picky picky who the next senator is. they want to do that here in michigan. when you say that, that sort of makes me think he might be talking about the
