Cell phone video shows deputies taking him into custody. Good samaritans detained him and deputies say he locked his keys and his daughter inside. He was trying to break the window with a rock. My heart was just pounding. It was unbelievable. He hit the window twice trying to break to get in and finally, a guy bear hugged him from behind. I took the rockaway. This was a scene in san jose as witnesses called police after hearing a woman screaming. Shes in critical condition. Child protective services working to reunite the girl with family. Angry demonstrators setting up camp at pg e headquarters the San Francisco over the power blackouts that affected millions. The protest caused the shutdown of several busy San Francisco streets.
