Out of washington five people are now dead after a gunman opened fire at a burlington mall. Police are still searching for that suspect. Police say this is the shooter and that he acted alone. They also say he is armed with a rifle. The shooting happened last night at the cascade mall in burlington, about an hour north of seattle. The five people shot were inside of a macys store. People are hurt. In Charlotte Police say protesters were dispersing peacefully and without incident. This after keith scotts family released footage of the Fatal Police Shooting that initially sparked the unrest. Officials there were no reports of arrests, injuries or property damage.
