A newly released report says a hot air balloon pilot had an elevated level of an anesthetic in his system at the time of a deadly crash in Arizona. Authorities say toxicology tests show 37-year-old Cornelius van der Walt had a high amount of ketamine in his blood when the balloon plummeted to the desert floor in January. Four people, including van der Walt, died. But it's unclear if ketamine was a factor in the crash. An autopsy report from the Pinal County Medical Examiner’s Office says van der Walt died from blunt force trauma. The report lists the manner of death as accidental.
