LAHORE: As many as 21 higher secondary schools of the provincial metropolis have been functioning without regular principals, creating administrative and academic issues in these institutions.
The higher secondary schools are supposed to be headed by regular BS-20 principals.
Similarly, 80 per cent of such schools are also without subject specialists.
Though the academic and administrative affairs of these schools were not being properly run, the District Education Authority (DEA) seems least bothered to fill these vacancies.
