The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has submitted an additional charge sheet against a main suspect in a case linked to the unlawful and anti-national actions of the banned organization Popular Front of India (PFI) in Bihar. The new charge sheet, which includes various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, was filed against Anwar Rashid in a specialized NIA court in Patna on Friday, as confirmed by an NIA spokesperson.
