For reference, the average San Antonio apartment covers 856 square feet and goes for $1,051 per month, according to RentCafe.
Philip Rountree of Gatetree LLC has the listing for the Majestic Way property. The company has other million-dollar properties, but the home - which boasts an infinity pool overlooking rolling hills - is one of the most expensive they ve listed.
