Atlantic city setting a brand new record low of 21 degrees. The temperatures are rebounding nicely now, but its very cold considering the time of year. Normally temperatures should at least be in the low to mid 40s at this point. Were at 27 in reading. 29 in philadelphia. 30 in millville. 29 in cape may. 29 degrees in dover. Because the temperatures are below freezing, the freeze warning continues for south jersey and delaware. This is actually up until 10 00 a. M.
