Mr Phanuel Donkor Kadey, Adaklu District Chief Executive (DCE), has called on residents to strictly observe the COVID-19 preventive protocols to contain the spread.
The battle against the coronavirus, he said, persisted and was necessary for all to support government and health personnel efforts to tackle the disease.
Mr Kadey in an interview with the Ghana News Agency disclosed that the District recorded a total of 10 cases last year, however, all the patients were treated and discharged.
He said though the District currently had no active case, the country was not out of the risk yet, so, we have to wear our masks, wash our hands regularly under running water, and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer to stop its spread.
