Pizzeria Salvy will mark Vetri's return to the pizza business. In 2015, he sold the Pizzeria Vetri brand, and several other restaurants, to URBN, the company that owns Urban Outfitters. He kept his flagship, Vetri Cucina, and opened Fiorella in South Philly in February 2020.
