republicans picked up 63 seats in the house. what you have to do is get the tea party s support and enthusiasm and the support of the right to life movement and everything else and yet be perceived as a centrist conservative candidate to the entire country. i think both pawlenty and romney, quite frankly, can carry that off. romney s got some problems, no doubt because of massachusetts and things. it seems to me both those candidates are electable in a general election. how about donald trump, peter? is he electable? how seriously do you think people we ll put up a poll. it will show gop voters right now. apparently they like what they re hearing at this point. he s tied for the lead there with mike huckabee. do you think a trump candidacy could be for real. i will say the same thing about donald trump that i said about rudy giuliani several years ago. he peaks the aday he announces. this is name recognition heavily.
