That is reflected unfortunately in the document that we see this year. Time and time again we do not see the priorities identified by Community Members reflected in the budget documents. I just want to point out 2 compelling need that were not addressed in the mayors Budget Proposal. The first is full funding for implementing prop f, the civil right to counsel. People do not anticipate the need for an attorney. Once they get an eviction notice i can assure you that becomes a compelling need. We did not see any additional funding to i
