BEER sales in Ireland plummeted during Covid-19 lockdown with production and exports way down, a report reveals.
The closure of hospitality businesses dramatically hit Ireland’s brewers in 2020, according to data released by Drinks Ireland|Beer today, which shows that production dropped by 13.8 per cent.
