She then sped off leading police on a chase that hit 80 miles an hour through the streets of washington. Her 1yearold child was inside the car as all of this was unfolding. At one point careys car was cornered by police. Take a look at this video shot by alhurratv. They happened to be in the area as all of this was occurring. They approached the car. Police, guns drawn, they surrounded the car. Carey, though, slammed into reverse, hit a cruiser and then made her escape. Shots were fired, several shots fired by Law Enforcement at that point.
