An Islamic Group known as isis. Isis swept through Northern Iraq earlier this year seizing military hardware and overrunning cities. Now, they have trapped 40,000 members of an ethnic group on a mountain. Us dropped food and water there today. The president has authorized these air strikes if isis fighters advance on that mountain. When we face a situation like we do on that mountain, with innocent people facing the prospect of violence on a horrific scale, when we have a mandate to help in this case a request from the iraqi government, and when we have the unique capabilities to help avert a massacre, then i believe the United States of america cannot turn blind eye. Shortly before 2 00 this morning, this was the apartment complex here in upper dublin township, woods apartment complex, started in a unit on second floor, just kept going from there. Started burning extremely fast, going unit by unit. But really contained to that one unit on that second floor. Two alarms rang out, big push from the flames and the Fire Department as it got underway, got it under control in 30 minutes to an hour. Not without some harrowing moments, firefighters had to rescue a man from that second floor apartment, where the fire actually started, where those flames came from, they managed to get up there, we spoke to an eyewitness, who was there as that moment was happening, heard the screaming from that unit. Somebody pulled a gun that was supposed to be on his side. Just terrible.
