Well its important to point out that these protests may have begun with High School Students but then more joined in. At one point there were hundreds of people marching through iowa city. Nats chanting hundreds walked through the streets of iowa city this evening. Walking straight through the middle, disrupting traffic so that no cars could pass. We came down here, blocked off traffic to make the statement that this is not the america that we want to live in chanting and waving signs the protest turned dangerous when they made their way down dubuque street during rush hour traffic.
