ROCHESTER, Minn. - The highly anticipated winter get-together Social Ice is just two short weeks away- and the warm winter temperatures are not dampening the fun at all.
The Japantown Peace Plaza will undergo a series of renovations this summer, which are being led by the Recreation and Park Department in an attempt to continue drawing visitors from throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
