City officials immediately appealed a New York State Supreme Court judge's ruling on Friday ordering that police officers terminated for not complying with vaccine mandates be reinstated.
The city vowed an immediate appeal the ruling issued Friday by Supreme Court Judge Lyle E. Frank, who called the city’s vaccine mandate “invalid to the extent it has been used to impose a new condition of employment to current PBA members.”
