A southern Manitoba church that was repeatedly ticketed for breaking public health orders on gatherings during the pandemic must pay a $30,000 fine, a judge has ruled.
Társilo Girona, a research assistant professor at the UAF Geophysical Institute, is one of 10 recipients of the organization’s Early Career Scientist Awards, which were announced Monday.
