Freeway entrance 101 and they walked down the ramp where you can see the cars moving right now and they walked onto the freeway, it was cars going by at freeway speed. Slowly but surely, the driver saw what was happening and they slow down in the protesters took over the freeway and they stayed that way for over an hour. Traffic was backing up for miles back on highway 101. At some point, the Police Department from san jose came on scene with a show of force, they part their cars and dozens of these riot gear Police Officer started getting out, at that point, the freeway protesters started dispersing, they went up the ramp and there they stayed for another hour or so. There was some pushing and shoving going on, a lot of the protesters were in the faces of t the officers ut the officers showed tremendous restraint.
