the 99th greater says a car veered into them on frankford avenue by the dining car restaurant in philadelphia s holmesburg neighborhood. leanne went flying into the air smashing into the car s windshield before rolling off and hitting the ground. her 16 year old friend also hit. she says the driver stopped only briefly. even the cars behind him didn t even off to help us. but he didn t? he didn t at all. nobody did. reporter: leanne says the driver asked if they were okay. and then quickly took off. she hobbled home squared, scared, shaken and sore. my heart sunk i m like, i got scared because i didn t know what happened to her. reporter: family called 911 and freer-year-old was rushed to aria torresdale hospital by ambulance with head and back injuries. she has one cut that need add stitch. another cut that needed to be glued. her whole back looks like a tiger attacked flesh all the glass cuts. reporter: her friend hurt his arm and leg. both teens pretty luck
