Former NCIS star Zoe McLellan wanted on arrest warrant in LA County for kidnapping her and her ex s eight-year-old son TWO YEARS AGO
A former NCIS actress by the name of Zoe McLellan has an active arrest warrant for alleged kidnapping, which was issued by LA County in May
Her ex J.P. Gillain alleges that Zoe vanished with their eight-year-old son Sebastian in April 2019, and he has neither seen nor heard from them since that time, as per TMZ on Saturday
The actress also reportedly has outstanding charges of kidnapping, child custody deprivation and child stealing - dating back four years ago
An active arrest warrant for kidnapping was issued in May, as per court records obtained by TMZ. Speaking to the publication, Gillain s attorney Lawrence Markey said the child has been missing for nearly two years and is believed to be with his mother somewhere near New Orleans. While the LA County Sheriff s Office has no record of an arrest, the actress reportedly has outstanding charges of kidnapping, child custody deprivation, and child stealing against her over an issue between the spouses that occurred as they warred over custody of Sebastian in 2017, TMZ reported.

IBERIA PARISH - One arrest was made a day after Iberia Parish authorities were called to the scene of an alleged attempted kidnapping on Tuesday, according to KATC.
It was around 8 p.m. when a man who the Iberia Parish Sheriff s Ofice (IPSO) identified as Joshua Boutte tried to leave a location in the 700 block of Lake Dauterive Road with a juvenile.
Deputies were told that Boutte was stopped by a third person who fought him off, and wrested the child away from him.

BATON ROUGE - A Baton Rouge man has been booked into the Parish Prison after allegedly setting a woman s car on fire near her home where she and her children were sleeping.
The Baton Rouge Fire Department believes Patrick Chambers, 34, set the victim s car on fire Nov. 25 at her home on Richardson Drive.
The victim said she was awoken by an explosion around 4 a.m. that morning and found her vehicle on fire under her car port. The woman said the fire was raging right next to her home, prompting her to flee the house with her four kids.
