An in-custody death investigation is underway after police say a woman jumped from a ninth-floor window as officers responded to an alleged trespassing incident.
A Papillion man was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison after being found guilty of three counts of felony cruelty to animals resulting in death.
Edward Luben, 57, of Papillion, Nebraska, was sentenced to three years in prison on felony animal cruelty charges after 665 animals both living and dead were found in his home.
