Notice to Solteq Plcâs Annual General Meeting 2021
Shareholders of Solteq Plc are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting (the
General Meeting ) to be held on Wednesday March 30, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Solteq s headquarters, address Karhumäentie 3, 01530 Vantaa.
The shareholders of the company and their proxy representatives may participate in the meeting and exercise their shareholder rights only by voting in advance and by presenting counterproposals and questions in advance. Further instructions for shareholders can be found in Section C (Instructions for the participants in the General Meeting) of this notice.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors has resolved on exceptional meeting procedures based on the temporary act (677/2020) that came into force on 3 October 2020. It is not possible to participate in the General Meeting at the meeting venue and the meeting cannot be followed via video stream.

Verkkokauppa.com will publish the Financial Statements release for 2020 on Friday, February 12, 2021 at approximately 8:00 a.m. Finnish time (CET +1). Verkkokauppa.com s CEO Panu Porkka will present the results in Finnish to analysts, investors and media in a live stream on Friday, February 12 at 10:00 a.m. Finnish time.
In addition, CEO Panu Porkka will present the results in English in a live stream on the same day at 11:00 a.m. Finnish time.
