LISBON An April 29 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Steven W. Watters II, 43, Elk Avenue, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate on Aug. 8.
A June 15 pretrial was set for Keith O. Savage, 34, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, charged with OVI second offense, no temporary permit and left of center.
Trey Shields, 21, Lincoln Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,175, had his license suspended for 180 days, credited with a day in jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to stop after an accident, failure to control and possession of marijuana.

LISBON David Jason Sisco, 30, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony. Sisco allegedly was involved in a theft offense involving Fredda A. Roberts, during which he brandished or indicated he had a switchblade knife on March 11, 2020. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.
