The atmosphere was festive on the patio of Jalisco's on Thursday, as people enjoyed a Mexican meal, bid on auction items and even got to enjoy live musical interludes performed by local youth.
An evening of music, Mexican food, auction items and a celebration of education: Pajaro Valley Education Foundation will be providing all of this when it hosts its Spring Fling fundraiser at Jalisco's on April 18.
The annual Beer, Wine and Art Walk takes place this weekend in downtown Watsonville. Participants will have wine glasses in hand as they go from business to business, allowing an opportunity to not only sip beverages but also mingle with business employees and fellow participants.
Humble Sea Tavern has permanently shut down. Humble Sea Brewery opened the venue which served food plus beer on tap in February 2022. It had closed its doors late last month, saying it was temporary, but last week it announced on social media that it was not reopening.
