Retrofitting work is taking place. So fortunately the landlord is not, they are closing, fortunate for them the landlord is still going to continue to lease to them, but the unfortunate element is that they are having to close their business for 3 4 months to do it. So, just they called to check to see if there is any sort of resources or assistance that was thought about for businesses for having to close. So and the answer is no . There was nothing planned. They would not be paying rent . Likely not. If they are employees. They have to pay the store. And you know hopefully some businesses will have Business Interruption insurance that they maybe able to rely on but not all may.
