Helihub : Airbus sells more ACH130 Aston Martin Edition aircraft

17-May-2021 Airbus Corporate Helicopters held a pre-EBACE press conference today, to provide updates and answer questions on their products – the exclusive ACH aspect of their product lines. As part of this, ACH confirmed to HeliHub.com that they have now secured seven orders for the ACH130 Aston Martin Edition, although did not provide any further information on destination customers or countries beyond what had previously been announced.  In October 2020, we reported that customers in Canada and New Zealand had placed orders and that the demonstrator had been sold and was operating in Guatemala. The Aston Martin Edition aircraft arrive from the factory in France to Airbus Helicopters’ base at Oxford UK for their completion program, which involves specialists from Aston Martin’s facility at Gaydon – 36 miles north of Oxford. The aircraft are then delivered from the UK to the purchaser.
