Werner is the Wealth Manager and Regional Director for Gauteng, Limpopo, Mphumalanga and KZN region at Overberg Asset Management. He was educated at Stellenbosch University, where he completed his honours degree in Investment Management in 2011. After graduating he pursued a career in the business consulting industry, specialising in areas such as financial analysis, company valuations, business turn- around, and financial planning. In 2016, he enrolled in the full-time MBA course at the University of Stellenbosch Business School and graduated in February 2017. He completed his FAIS Regulatory Exams: RE 1 and 5 in 2018, his advanced post-graduate diploma in Financial Planning at the University of the Free State in 2019 and became a Chartered Financial Planner in 2020.
