Reopened Army Navy Drive here from fern street to e street. Everything flowing smoothly. When we arrived on scene a little before 5 30 this morning there was still a Park Police Helicopter overhead searching for the suspects. Arlington county police say where they made an attempted traffic stop and that two suspects bailed out of the suv and ran. That is why they had the Park Police Helicopter up. When we got here we looked a little bit closer. There were police further down fern street blocking off Army Navy Drive and right in front of the residence inn that is where we saw them doing some investigation on that vehicle itself.
