The Michigan Court of Appeals has granted the Ottawa County Board the right to appeal a lower court s ruling in part in a months-long lawsuit filed by the county s health officer.
Muskegon Judge Jenny L. McNeill granted Ottawa County Health Officer Adeline Hambley a preliminary injunction April 18, allowing her to remain in her position for now.
