Lawrence Otis Graham, a well-known lawyer, authority on workplace diversity, author, activist and longtime Westchester resident has died at the the age of 59.  County Executive George Latimer announced Graham s death Sunday morning.  His writing particularly struck a chord as he described growing up Black, well-educated, articulate and accomplished, and still facing prejudice and racism in this society, Latimer said on Facebook. A cause of death was not provided.
