OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) â A well-known grocery chain is welcoming all eligible ages for walk-in COVID-19 vaccine appointments.
Your grocery store carries more than just your favorite snacks.
But now, everyone ages 12-years-old and older can walk-in to get their shot.
âWe have seen more children come in with their parents, you know 12 years and older and they are very happy,â said Oscar Espanol a pharmacist at the Oshkosh Pick nâ Save on Koeller Street.
On the first day of Pfizer vaccine FDA approval for ages 12-15, Espanol vaccinated six kids.
âParents were inquiring about it before, the process started on a Monday when it was approved by the FDA and we had to wait until Wednesday,â said Espanol.
