A 61-year-old cyclist who was rushed to hospital after a collision on Wellington Crescent and Cockburn Street in Winnipeg on Thursday morning has died, police say.
A 25-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder after an assault victim who had been on life support since he was attacked in Osborne Village late last month died from his injuries.
