The City of Orangeburg’s Halloween events have been rescheduled for the same times and locations on Monday. The change was made because of the potential for hazardous weather on Friday.
Candy and costumes are all part of a fun-filled Halloween, but safety remains a priority for local law enforcement agencies working to keep the holiday from becoming a real scare.
The Orangeburg Part-Time Players is preparing for its next theatrical production at the Bluebird Theatre on Russell Street, “The Haunting of Hill House.”
