Over the past day, the Russians unsuccessfully tried to regain their lost positions in the areas of Klishchiivka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast, unsuccessfully tried to drive Ukrainian soldiers out of their positions in the area of Marinka, and on the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts without assaults.
The Russians attacked Ukraine on the night of 13-14 September with 22 Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones, 17 of which were destroyed, and the Defence Forces continue to hold back the Russians and conduct offensive operations.
Ukraine's Defence Forces have made some progress near the settlement of Klishchiivka in Donetsk Oblast and near the village of Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, while the Russian army has suffered heavy losses attacking the settlements of Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast and south of Novodarivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Thirty combat clashes took place in all sectors of the contact line over the past day. Russian forces continue to assault the defences of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled more than 10 attacks near Robotyne and Novodanylivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast alone.
