But generally its not fine. High fees can i have Marginal Development and thats the development we want the most, stuff that happens at the beginning of the cycle aka the end of the recession when people most need jobs and in the neighborhoods and low profit margin and projects at the end of the cycle and wind up being sold when they open at the bottom for a third off. Those are the most delicate projects and those are harm and when you willynilly set the fees too high and thats what i am really keen on you know based this on the Feasibility Analysis and its true that the Feasibility Analysis can be cooked either way.
