A Utica man who admitted to participating in a drive-by shooting on Kemble Street in Utica in November has been sentenced to four years in state prison, according to Oneida County Court.
A 24-year-old man wanted for his role in a fatal shooting in Utica from November 2022 was located and taken into custody on Saturday, according to the Utica Police Department.
The second of two men convicted in a robbery turned murder in Oneida Castle from 2020 has been sentenced to 12 years behind bars, according to Oneida County Court officials.
