and purchase marijuana. brian opened on main street four or five years ago. it was medical marijuana hoping that maybe it would switch to recreational, and it did. we were down there in the tourist space for four years. four years selling medical marijuana they couldn t buy. brian ended up with the only medical marijuana dispenser on main street because a couple others failed. and here we are paying enormous rent and taking enormous risk and we ll be here when the first of the year comes and we re allowed to go to recreational sales to tourists. it was a huge gamble. go back and look at prohibition in the 1920s and 30s and fast forward 80 years to what s happening now. a lot of parallels. once we start looking at marijuana as a commodity it s going to be grown and going to be bought and sold. it s going to be consumed, and it s going to happen like that over and over and over again. we re starting off with some of the most beautiful places in colorado. we d like to open
