NORRISTOWN – The saga of what to do with the old Montgomery County/Airy Street Prison continued when the Norristown Historical Architecture Review Board convened earlier this week. The board is made up of members Lynn Bixler, a municipal building code enforcement official; Norristown resident Gale Bresnehan; architect Doug Seiler, of Whitpain Township, and board Chairman Dr. William Ward, also of Norristown.
