Police say a woman left a house on valley bend drive in germantown and headed to a neighbors after an argument with her boyfriend. Her two Young Children stayed in the house with him. Police tell news4 he took the kids to a house in Prince Georges County, and thats where he was arrested around 2 30 this morning. No one was hurt. 5 01.
